I'm BAAACK

I'm sorry I haven't posted for a couple of weeks, but we were busy getting Brian sent off for his first stop on the deployment trail.  We had a wonderful mini-vacation together as a family.  We went to Manhattan and got our pictures taken by a dear friend, Rik Andes, (if you're ever in the Manhattan area for pics - give him a call).  We also went to the Deanna Rose Farmstead near KC - the kids had a blast with this one!!

I'm adjusting to single-parenthood once again, so bear with me as I get myself and family back on track!!

FRIDAY - FRIDAY - FRIDAY

Well, we have our first, full week of Kindergarten down!  I think everyone was exhausted by the time they left this afternoon.  They should all go to bed early for you tonight.

I sent home nap towels to be washed today.  Please send them back to school with your child on Tuesday.  I meant to send water bottles home to be washed, but forgot them until the kids were out the door.  I will be sure to send them home next Friday.
